Our Mission
Our mission is to support the island’s food security efforts by transforming green waste into high-quality soil, while also sequestering carbon from the atmosphere by building up soil organic matter. We also want to make growing nutritious food and plant care more accessible to island residents by providing a variety of products and services suited to the place we’re in.
Our Values
We value recycling useful waste products and reducing our environmental impact in a way that is easy and accessible to people, so that anyone can participate in the changing tide of environmental stewardship and food security. We aim to support the local food initiatives on the island by sponsoring educational workshops.
